Meet the Team that keep Peter Moody & Company moving.
Peter Moody MRICS FNAEA MRAC
Peter has over 30 years experience of the Yorkshire property market. Originally from Northumberland, but a resident of Yorkshire since 1991, he graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993.
Peter is a Past President of the York and District Association of Estate Agents and Valuers. In addition, he is an RICS registered valuer and works closely with solicitors carrying out both matrimonial and probate valuations.
Outside of work, Peter spends time with his family, two dogs and four cats and enjoys cycling, skiing, golf and all things automotive.
In 2024 Peter will become Master of the Company of Merchant Taylors, one of the few remaining medieval guilds left in York. A charitable organisation, The Company raises funds throughout the year. For the past four years Peter has captained The Company’s boat in the annual Dragon Boat Festival raising almost £10,000 for local charities.
David Beavers
David has worked for more than 20 years in the property industry. As well as selling homes for clients he is also experienced in property renovation, modernisation and project management. Born and bred in York his knowledge of the city is second to none.
Ben Faulkes
Ben has lived in York all his life and has worked in the local property market since 2000. He is experienced, friendly and offers practical advice about all aspects of the selling process.
He will offer support to clients from start to finish and always works on the ethos - treat people as he'd expected to be treated himself.
